Terms of providing wireless Internet services offered by“IMMOCHAN UKRAINE” LLC(hereinafter - Terms):

1.The use of this service is free for the user, subject to acceptance of the Terms ofproviding services by the user.

2. When using the service of wireless access to the Internet, "IMMOCHAN UKRAINE" LLCadvises all users:

a. Do not leave your laptops, smartphones, tablets or PDAs unattended.

b. Make sure your device has an updated antivirus.

3. The use of the wireless Internet service is possible only subject to compliance withthe following rules and principles by the user that apply to all users of the service and which the user undertakes to comply with:

a. "IMMOCHAN UKRAINE" LLCin no way controls and is not responsible for the content and quality of information transmitted by the user over the Internet and posted on the server.

b. “IMMOCHAN UKRAINE” LLC is not liable for any damage to the user resulting from the use of the Internet, including loss of data due to delays, non-delivery or untimely delivery, false addressing or interruption of the service, including that caused by errorsof the user.

c. “IMMOCHAN UKRAINE” LLC is not responsible for the unavailability, poor quality and long response times of certainnodes or Internet resources administered by third parties. Cases of such inaccessibility are not interruptions to the provision of the service.

d. Any information received from the Internet is used by the user at his own risk and discretion.“IMMOCHAN UKRAINE” LLC is not responsible for the accuracy and quality of the information obtained through the use of the service.

e. The user issolelyresponsible for the content and lawfulness of the dissemination of information that he or another user transmitsunder his networkcredentialsthrough the Internet.

f.“IMMOCHAN UKRAINE” LLCis not liable to third parties for any actions of the user during the use of the service.

g. “IMMOCHAN UKRAINE” LLC is not responsible for the non-delivery or untimely delivery of e-mails to the addresses of e-mail services.

h. The user undertakes not to use the service for purposes that are contrary to the etiquette andconduct on the Internet, orviolate applicable Ukrainian or international law.

i. Copyright and intellectual property rights, including on multimedia products, software, text, newspaper articles, photographs, sounds, audiorecords, videorecords, images of any character, trademarks (marks for products and services), patents,productionsamples and other intellectual property objects may not be revoked and any reproduction of the intellectual property object or any of its elements and / or files and / or data without the consent of the rightholder and / or the author is a violation and the user solely bearscivil and other liability for violation of such rights.

j. The user undertakes to comply with the requirements of the current legislation regarding the content of the information that will be posted by him on the Internet; it is prohibited to place information of a pornographic or provocative nature, such as containing propaganda of war or the resolution of a military conflict, information the placement of which is prohibited by the current legislation of Ukraine.

k. The user uses the wireless Internet service at his own discretion and at his own risk bears all the risks associated with such use.

4. The user is also obligated by using the service:

a. Not to collect or use information about other persons without their consent.

b. Not to offend, disturb, pursue, threaten or otherwise violate the rights of other persons.

c. Not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service and / or third parties data.

d.Not todownload and / or distribute the software or other materials / information protected by intellectual property rights ifhe does not have the rights or has not received all necessary agreements.

e. Not to send promotional messages or spam.

f.Not to send messages containing any illegal information or information that violates the rights of third parties.

g. Not to transmit viruses or other harmful or destructive programs to third parties and / or other users.

h.Not to attempt to obtain unauthorized access to the“IMMOCHAN UKRAINE” LLC system or other systems.

i.Not to send advertisements, promotional messages or other forms of imposing information to other users.

5.«IMMOCHAN UKRAINE” LLCindependently and / or at the request of an authorized body, in accordance with applicable law, reserves to itself the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the use of the service without warning of any user, and the user can not claim compensation or indemnification related to such suspension.

6. The user agrees that «IMMOCHAN UKRAINE” LLCcan not be held liable for any information available to users on the Internet, and the user is solely responsible for violating these Terms.

7.“IMMOCHAN UKRAINE” LLC reserves to itselfthe right to keep for 36 months information on the conditions of data transmission made by users, namely: sender, recipient, time, duration and place of origin of communications, except their content, and the user does not object to such storage.

8. In case of entering an e-mail address when registering for use of the service, by this user agrees to receive the e-mail newsletter. In order to refuse to receive e-mailnewsletter, the user sends arelevant e-mail to info@immochan.com.

9.“IMMOCHAN UKRAINE” LLC reserves to itselfthe right to change these Terms unilaterally without prior notice.

10.When using the wireless Internet service, I voluntarily provide my consent for processing, including the collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, modification, renewal, use and distribution (distribution,realization, transfer), depersonalization and destructionofmy personal data provided by me, namely the name, date of birth, e-mail addresses and other personal data provided by me when using the wireless Internet access service (hereinafter - Personal data), in the personal data base of the“IMMOCHAN UKRAINE"Limited Liability Company in electronic form with the purpose of ensuring the implementation of relations in the spheres of economic activity,commerce and provision of services.

I agree that for the purpose mentioned above, the Personal data may be used, distributed and processed by“IMMOCHAN UKRAINE”Limited Liability Company, personal data base managers and / or third parties on the basis of the“IMMOCHANUKRAINE”Limited Liability Companyagreementsconcluded with them, as well as in other cases stipulated by the legislation, provided that they create conditions for the protection of Personal data.

I give my consent to the access to the Personal data of third parties in accordance with the internal documentation of the“IMMOCHAN UKRAINE”Limited Liability Company, which regulates such access of third parties.

Consent for the processing of Personal data is granted by me on the terms specified above for a period of 3 years. In case, if the current legislation of Ukraine establishes another (longer) period of storage of documents containing Personal data, I hereby give my unconditional consent to the processing of Personal data within suchperiod.

I confirm that I have read and understood my rights as a personal datasubject in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data" and other normative legal acts in the field of protection of personal data. Also, I confirm that I have been informed about the inclusion of my personal data in the personal data base of the“IMMOCHAN UKRAINE”Limited Liability Company, the purpose and method of using my personal data.
